    1. All returns are subject to approval and require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    2. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original
     boxing,warranty materials and accessories.
    3. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
    4 Returns must be received within 45 days of purchase.
    5. Prepaid Shipping Label is send to Customers whose order total exceeds $50. For all orders over 
        $50 customers are refunded the full amount of money. Shipping Method other than Regular 
        shipping like Express Shipping is not refunded and the cost is deducted from the refund amount.
    6. For orders less than $50, Customer is responsible for sending item back to us. Money is always 
        refunded  less our actual shipping cost. 
    7. Replacement for Defective or Damaged item should be requested with in 7 days of delivery of item
        in order to qualify for return or replacement item.
   8   Money is refuned with in one week after package has been received by us and inspected.

Merchandise returned that does not adhere to the conditions mentioned above or without original packaging and paperwork is not eligible for return credit. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise back to them.

shipping & standard procdures:

 Free Shipping items or Discounted Shipping items will have the original outbound shipping cost deducted  from the return credit if your Order total is less than $50. If order total greater than $50 then the full amount is refunded. However if Express Shipping or any other method other than Standard Shipping is choosen then actual shipping charges are deducted from the paid amount.

    1.  Merchandise that are used, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) 
    2.  Merchandise requiring repair after 7 days of delivery of item. (Warranty service is provided by the

Refund credit will be issued only to the card used in the original transaction. No cash reimbursements will be made. In the case of a money order or a personal/business check mailed-in with the order, our company check will be sent by postal mail.

replacement policy for defective/damaged products

We ship every thing new, but if somehow there is a problem with the product, we will happily replace it with a brand new one. Damaged or Defective Items should be reported to us with in 7 days of delivery. Notification of defective or damaged products after 7 days of delivery can not be replaced. They need to be send directly to manufacturer and our covered by manufacturer warranty.

If you contact us with in 7 days after delivery of order, we will also send you a prepaid label to send the defective items back to us. We will also send you a replacement watch for the defective piece.

Please note that we do not accept damaged/defective returns after 7 days of delivery but  if a defective/damaged item is returned to us after 7 days of delivery of order to you, than we will send the item back to you and our actual shipping charges(for returning the item back to you and prepaid label if used) will be charged to your credit card.


how to return a product

If you want to return a product to iPocketWatches.com follow these instructions:

1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA is required to process a return. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal .
2. If your order total is more than $50,  we will either email or mail you a prepaid label to send the item back to us.
2. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. Missing paperwork or parts will result in extra charge. You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box.
3. Return the product via USPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number as iPocketWatches.com is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price. The prepaid label that we send you does not cover the insurance. If you want to add insurance to your insurance you will have to pay for it.
4. Place the shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given below. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge will apply if the box is written upon.
